instinct of survival was originally founded back in 1995 as sperrzone and started with typical german rough punk. the former line then was hauke, kalle, padde and menge! after a few years of boozing and playing they kicked menge and decided to continue as a three piece band and they also changes your musical style into crustpunk, after a while of playing that crustpunk they began playing grindcore in the original way like napalm death did on their scum lp.
