Es liegt vermutlich an dem absolut überragenden Vorgängeralbum und an der sehnsüchtigen Wartezeit, die meine Erwartungen ziemlich nach oben geschraubt haben, aber ich muss gestehen, dass ich ein klein wenig enttäuscht bin. Das Lied kommt mir vor wie etwas was schon zig andere Bands gespielt haben, nur auf ein Piano transkribiert. Es gibt keine besonderen Melodieläufe, welche mich mitreißen oder interessanten Wendungen im Lied. Alles wirkt sehr vorhersehbar und irgendwie uninspiriert. Am schlimmsten finde ich, dass sich das Piano in dem Lied irgendwie obsolet macht. Ich kann mir das Lied sehr gut mit Gitarren anstelle der Keyboards vorstellen, ohne dass etwas von der Essenz des Liedes verloren ginge. Der Vers und das Intro sind, finde ich, die besten Beispiele dafür, beides erinnert mich stark an andere Genres und andere Bands, ohne etwas neu zu machen oder ihm auch nur den "typischen" In-Legendsound zu verleihen. Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass das Lied irgendetwas relevantes zur In Legend Diskografie beiträgt und bin, wie schon gesagt, irgendwie ein klein wenig enttäuscht und gelangweilt. Am Crowdfunding habe ich mich dennoch beteiligt. ;)Beste Grüße

I saw you guys live in Kerkrade in 2012. I enjoyed the songs you played from your tribute album. I just want you guys to know that you make amazing music. It's powerful, original and not like other so called metal bands. Actually it's not metal at all... it's a whole new dimension and style. You have your own message (which is positive and encouraging most of the times) and a good voice! And Bastian, I also think that your voice can even sound better if you work on the higher notes. You should develop something like a metal scream scream in higher notes. More raw! You probably know the band Lost Horizon (with Daniel Heiman on vocals)? You should listen to their two albums, and than you'll know what I mean. :P I've also heard your track: Envoys Of Peace. Man, what a comeback! Keep it up.
