Time to open up Cool Edit Pro 2.0 which is my favorite program to edit audio with, and record this awesome track through my sound card, to Cool Edit. If you don't know how to do this, all explain its very simple. You sound card recording option is always disabled by default, so you manually have to enable it. Open your control panel, and click on sound. Now click on recording tab, and right click anywhere on the recording tab screen. Now you want to choose / click on show disabled devices. You should now see a picture of your sound card appear, mine is (Realtek High Def. Audio Default Device). Once its enabled, open your audio editing software, and press record. Once you record this track, save it as a Mp3 file. Now you edit it, and find apart of the track you want to loop. Now you must Save it as a ( (Windows PCM Wave), because its MP3 by Default. Programs like FL Studio, will only read wav format when loaded to the sequencer because its a much smaller sound format. To load the sample on FL Studio, just Right Click on any tab loaded to the sequencer, and click load sample. I prefer Fl Studio 11 because I been using FL studio since the very first version back in 1999, called Fruity Loops.
