What is this, "find the wrong note" and jump all over them for it? Brian Wilson has been through hell. It's not lost on me that his sense of pitch has faded in recent years. Several people are criticizing this performance, and suggesting that the girls' harmonies were "off." Not to mention the words. Who cares?! Brian Wilson will always be a treasure to me and the rest of the people in the world who understand his illness and his struggles, but still love the man anyway for his contribution to music and humanity. I appreciate the innocent, boyish performance Brian gave here. If you want perfect, he's already done that.

I give it a C+ I LOVE LOVE LOVE Wilson Phillips and am a big Beach Boys fan too BUT Chynna messed up the lyrics and I couldn't hear Brian :-( There is an amazing version just by WP on the video of their performance at Infinity Hall (circa 2012) it's very touching

I'm not a hundred percent sure but I kind of remember reading that Brian and Marilyn are still cordial with one another. I think she left him after witnessing him trying to force weed on Carnie sometime during the late 70s. She said that she still loved him but forcing drugs on one of their children drew the line. Brian also had a period where he wasn't in touch with Carnie and Wendy. Probably due to Landy. But his relationship with them now seems much better.

I saw the opening show of the tour in Atlantic had the V.I.P. package. Everyone was stoked that Mike " The douchebag"Love wasn't there. Band was awesome and vocals were spot on
