indie music is pretty much the only music left not overly processed, autotuned within an inch of it's life and where people actually have original ideas, and original talent... sometimes i just need a break from the mainstream katy perry's, kesha's, gaga's, and nicki minaj's ... not hating on them at all, just sometimes in the mood for something fresher, ya know?

Indie music is getting mainstream just like edm is too and people all over California are dressing like total hipsters and are such posers for wearing those hipster glasses only after it went mainstream.damn followers -___- but yea when did hipster become popular and why.? I admit I think like a hipster but don't dress hipster I dress in anything that's good on me =D

@schizofiend666 Yeah it sure is mainstream.... have you not noticed the charts are mostly dominated R&B & Hip - Hop, indie bands have a hard time selling records now a days, though they do well with gigs. To say there mainstream is pretty stupid, and why would it even matter if it is mainstream?
