@triviumecj but alot of old school bands are better then whats out nowadays. bands like spastic ink, atheist, cynic, watchtower, control denied (chucks other project besides death), were way ahead of their time. who would listen to jazz metal in the 80's? music opinion is all relative to the perciever, but there is great difference in simplicity like weezer and greatness like winds (hellhammer from dimmus side project, a very great band, check out their song theory of relativity)

@Danimus666 Yea you're right i am implying that some bands are better than others. I respect that the old school bands paved the way for what we listen to now but there is no way in hell that death, and sepultura are better than opeth. By the way everyone should check out this band "slumber". They are somewhat doom metal but if you appreciate good metal then check them out. Also check out Be'lakor they are amazing.
