Great song. All five of these guys should reunite for a tour. Although the drummer seen here Bobby Elliott was not the original one when you put all five musicians together they are the only band from the 60s whose members I think are all still alive.

This song was probably played a dozen times in Cleveland.I always loved the song and the Hollies.Later I found out it was the number one record in the UK in 1965.

It is obvious that during the 60' and 70', anglo american musicians have given the worldthe most beautiful and interesting pièces of music. It is no surprise that many young people of today have pleasure to discover these music their parents loved so much.

Yes, agreed, I am of that age, I was at the Rock and Roll Revival (alias Live Peace) I 'm the one in the front row, to the right, I have never seen such boredom, Eric Clapton, John Lennon, shooting heroin out the back of a wooden structure called a stage: it was so tacky...I just got out of high school, Jim Morrison showed up, at the last moment Jon Lennon and Yoko showed up, people were going nuts to get "tickets." and showed up...as did the ultimate boredom, Jim Morrison, all fucked with his hair looking like he came out of an old-lady hair salon...take a look at Pennebaker and Hegudus's clip, oh, by the way which he recently released...when Jerry Lee showed up,,,we went to Jonny on the Spot. Again, when Yoko put a brown paper bag on her head, John, told her to "shut the fuck up." Also, check Youtube "pussywhipped,"

The Beatles transitioned into the psychedelic era better than other pop bands. That's what saved the Beatles in 1966-1967 with Sgt. Pepper, but the Hollies had a better pop sound than the Beatles, IMO. Waaaay better harmonies than the Beatles.

Some of the greatest vocals in Pop/Rock. Tony Hicks' simple and electrically-clean riffs are enough to make a harp-playing angel blush with envy. This is STILL king tone. Viva Hollies (por vida)!
