What is the name of that white little synth on the table? I had one as a kid and I can't remember what it was :'(

I like this song because it has such an 80's movie soundtrack vibe around it. Roll the credits. : )

Was this video meant to be ironic? I have a bad feeling that it wasn't.The music is clearly not ironic. Kurt obviously has a great love of 80's synth pop and does a spectacular job of recreating that sound. Ice Choir sounds like George Michael singing for the Pet Shop Boys. I dig it.But is it absolutely necessary to an 80's-style music video complete with melodramatic poses and camera work? It's meant to be a homage but it comes off like a parody. Sort of reminds me of the video for Big Bang Baby by Stone Temple Pilots. A video like this might work with one of Ice Choir's more whimsical and poppy song. But with a heartfelt ballad, the video makes it hard to take the song seriously and it's a serious song. And if this video WAS meant to be ironic, bravo, cause it went over even my head.

Can someone please post the chords to this brilliant piece of music? I just can't seem to figure it out and would love to cover it.

the tableau in the background reminds me of the cover of one of the associates albums- the affectionate punch ?

Interesting you should mention Ferry. The video itself reminds me with the strange 80s"ish" shots to Roxy Music's "More Than This" video

So amazing. Kurt and Caroline, your voices melt together perfectly. Do an entire album this way. And the video is strangely mesmerizing. I could listen and watch countless times. Nobody is making music like this these days.
