Just saw Ian last night in Fall River, Massachusetts at a fabulously intimate venue, The Narrows Center for the Arts. Great show in every respect. I hope to have half as much energy at age 70!

Looking forward seeing IH at the old Caley Cinema in Edinburgh next May (2010). Saw him with MTH same venue in 1973. He was barry then and is barry now! Ticket cost 80p!!!!

Saw him and Ronno in Montreal in 1989, I was probably the youngest person in the club, being just 18 then, but I could sing along all the song allright. I never thought -a month before the show- that I'd get a chance to see them LIVE. Man, they rocked! It still serves as a standard reference to me for a perfect show... How generous and how hard tehy played. Keep on rockin' Ian!

I would echo all the comments here. Whether his looks and fitness are attributed to clean living is perhaps debatable (at least in the early days!) but the whole Hunter 'package' is quite remarkable and he should be in some Rock Hall of Fame as of now.
