To ME , one of the BEST love songs by The Beatles . You do not need lyrics to know there is plaintive pain , yearning a broken heart and utter longing. The arrangement is masterful and the Latin feel of "Don't bother me is again there with "claves" I personally do not think the cover had much validity because it was so much part of my affection to George . Somehow on that song he touched my barely teen heart and I still cry when I hear it.

What a hauntingly beautiful version by Tom Petty. It brings out all the pathos and urgency of those truly memorable lyrics

George Harrison's song writing was such a big part of The Beatles' sound. Love this rendition by Tom Petty.

Awesome song!!! I was lucky enough to actually see the Royal Albert Hall when I was in London a few weeks ago. It made me feel very nostalgic that I could have been there when CFG took place. :)

Terrific performance--great guitars--especially like Ron Blair's bass, great backing---AND sound balance it must be said.

Very worthy, Petty sang it great. I just wish Campbell would have used George's volume technique from the original recording.

An early song but certainly one of Harrison's best melodies.
