When you have the chance to form successfully a great band, you don't break it instantly because you have too much ego. Music is more important than your little person. Many band from the 90's did that. There are many bands that are a lot older than I Mother Earth and still playing after 30 years and got famous because they stand together. For almost everybody, I Mother Earth his actually forgotten and "dead". The actually band is nothing compared to the original one.

This concert kicked ass!! I was there front row directly below Jag & about an hour into it the snow beneath our feet had been compacted into solid ice PLUS it sloped away from the stage! The only way to stay standing was to rely on all the peeps around you &/or fencing. The whole week was killer...from hangin with Rick "the temp" Campanelli to partying with & teaching some of the guys from Wilco to snowboard, I had a fuckin blast!!! I have the entire 8 hour Snowjob '97 show on VHS!

It wasn't Edwin's fault he had to leave the band, dude. The Tannas had dictator control over IME and wouldn't let Edwin have any input on any of the band's music or career. Still sucks they broke up though.
