@BATENKILL I played my Carter through an OLD ShoBud volume pedal, then straight into a Peavey Nashville 112. No effects except internal spring reverb. Thanks for the compliment

@SonicArchives yeah you are correct it is a very tricky instrument you have so much to learn to get it to sound like a song but thats what is so much fun its like a woman the more you play the smoother it gets Ha Ha

I used to have one, but it seemed so difficult at the time, I stuck with guitar. But I have to admit there is truly something magical with pedal steel, I totally regret selling it now.

What is so sad is steel guitar is probably the shortest lived instrument ever. It's only been around like 50 years and all the masters are dead or about to die. Few are picking up the torch to carry it on. So sad....
