its about the negros that want to stop segregation and integrate instead. in the movie, its about a portest of the negros that wants integration and to dance on TV again. hope that helped.

Nevermind. The set solidified my suspicions. It's a good community theater production. She made some..."interesting" choices in her vowel shapes, and I would have personally avoided that nasal color she chose at certain points, but overall not bad. Awkward entrance on the background soloists part though. It's supposed to crescendo into the phrase.
