Ridiculous is to think poets and songwriters only compose to their wives. Come on. Sure I can't say what was inside John's head. But it's a fact they used to dedicated song to each other. When it's saying nasty things everybody agree. But why could he not write a song saying he was sorry? it's a fact he introduction is equal do I got a feeling. He also mentions Yesterday and It's getting better all the time. Both songs by Paul. Sounds more it's for him than for Yoko.

To me they are 4 boys from Liverpool! The lives they lived were much the same as ourselves until they came together for a season; during that time they made music. John never forgot where he came from while the others became something else; he stayed true. Why do you suppose it is "Sir" Paul and not "Sir" John; for the very same reason?

Thanks. It's ridiculous. All these people claim to idolize John Lennon, you'd think they'd be happy for him that he found true love, something most search for forever. That's the ultimate joy, and it's like people are spitting on his happiness by insulting her. And @ChiroQuacker --saying things like John purposefully insulted Paul with a chord progression...WTF!? It's D-A...there's 1000s of songs with those chords. You conspiracy guys are crazy. Let the Beatles' legacy stand in it's glory

@ChiroQuacker people like you talk as if John was Yoko's slave. I'm not defending her as a woman, I don't know her. I will, however, defend John's judgement, considering the way he was able to speak to the whole world. He was a grown man. I believe sincerely that the Beatles would have broken up with or without her. At the end of the day, John found his soul mate. He was in love with her til the day he died. I don't think John would appreciate people talking about her that way.
