Hell yeah, you guys are improving! Still, WORK ON THE VOCALS. I'm right there with you guys. I'm 15, and my voice hasn't dropped much either. What you should do (this is just how it sounds to me) is not try to force your voice to be deeper than what it is. Trust me, it makes accentuating the lyrics and fluency in general MUCH harder, and you waste so much more breath, and usually , it doesn't even sound all that great in the end. Other than that, you guys got it.
