Yes... these guys and Ed Harcourt... Music would be boring without its treasures though... I was introduced to I am Kloot by a very very cool indie chick... moves in cool circles which is also kinda cool if you know what I mean :P

That's a point I can agree with, it's a bummer side-effect of artists getting their well-deserved success. I don't understand people who go to these stadium concerts where you need a jumbotron to even be able to see the band. What's the point? You might as well stay at home and see the concert on TV. I think most artists prefer smaller venues too. And luckily many of them decide to still take part in smaller events, even if they could make more money by only appearing at huge gigs anymore.

I'm guessing you're not sorry at all & yes, you do. I'm not a "devout fan of this group"- I just love the songs. Live music is a shared experience. But it's also true that, of the hundreds of gigs I've been to, the best have been mostly in small venues. Some bands can transcend that & be amazing in huge venues but it's rare. I won't apologise for being honest or for preferring great music in little places. Also, you're out-voted. (See 'likes'). I accept I'm not perfect. So shoot me.

Sorry to sound like a dick, but that is the lament of an egotistical hipster. Music is a gift that should be shared with all. There is no dilemma, great music should be shared and experienced. To even have a thought against that shows you are more holding onto this idea of devout fandom to this group than being someone who truly appreciates what music is in people's lives.
