You have it completely wrong. With 720p and 1080p videos the audio quality is always the same, 192kbps EXCEPT with a live stream video, where it's 152kpbs, and with MP4 codec 3D video in 720p, where it's also 152kpbs. With video quality lower than that, the audio quality is always 152kpbs or lower, except with the WebM 360p 3D codec. --> 720p for the best quality audio available. 1080 only has an increase in picture quality.

1080p has nothing to do with the audio quality. 720p & 1080p are HD. 480p is HQ i think, so 480p is the best audio quality and 1080p the best picture quality
