Never got to see this guys live. They really did act as a sort of surrogate Ramones in the wake of their breakup. I came across The Huntingtons in 1997, picking up their first album "Sweet Sixteen" and Smalltown Poets at a Christian book/music store. I was blown away that there was a group of Christian guys who really wanted to sound like The Ramones (since they WERE my favorite punk band). But after "High School Rock" it was starting to wear pretty thin. They were good though.

Actually their second album, Rocket to Romania, was ramones cover songs. After that they did Fun and Games which was their own music.

it always thought it sounded more like no poop on it tonight. and @lividrecords it wouldn't have been their last tour because they toured for a while after this song/record came out. but if that's true about a band called Pool Party, that's pretty cool. give the song new meaning.
