Nick and Mark Seymour played at my school once, just before Hunters broke. #truestorybro Their dad was the principal my first year of high school. I had their mum for Textiles!#ausrock

Maybe it's the vocals? He's always sounded flat and off key to me since I can remember (born 1980) so I can imagine someone who doesn't know of H&C thinking it sounds wrong, though for me that has become something unique and particular about this track.

It's funny that Aha Rajan got negative votes and was right, and NeonSloaney, you who claims its about a one night stand is so wrong. Mark Seymour wrote almost all the lyrics for this album, Human Frailty and wrote "I was in a relationship with a woman I was very much in love with and she was the inspiration." Look it up, wikipedia. Facts, try them. ;)

This is just another classic Aussie song I grew up with. I remember it used to be the last song played at nightclubs and everyone sang it at the top of their lungs....it's funny because it's all about picking up a one night stand and falling in love if only for a moment

Neil Finn brought me here. This song needs to be a 21st century hit.
