It's the 4 chords from the left hand part of Heart and Soul, but in a different key. I have been noticing this in music to much. Oh and then theirs part of Cannon in D minor all over the place too.

different tones, different pitch, think about the alphabet from low to highest and so the notes go up or down, think about it this way a c minor chord has a lower pitch than a d minor chord, because the c comes first in the music alphabet (a,b,c,d,e,f,g) now a c major chord has a slighty higher pitch than a c minor chord
