In 1987 I was working booking bands for Borsodi's Coffeehouse, an old hippie coffeehouse in Isla Vista, California that opened in 1967. I was lucky enough to book Lonnie Mack for a one-night gig, in the small coffeehouse, and I got to hear him up close. He could really play!!15 years ago
