@BRUTALITY569 the whole album is about the life of jackie cane,how she leaves her old life, and her twin sister, behind to become a star. she gets what she wanted but stays unsatisfied. in the end she goes back and her twin sister poisons her (the last supper) and herself. so both are dead. just check the internet/wikipedia to get further details.
