One of the things I love the most about these old songs is how they truly express things this song, "I told the world theres no other and as long as I live i'll love her" WOW!!! find me that sentiment in rap music!

I can't pick out Jessie on I'll Be Seeing You, but I can hear him loud and clear on top tenor here

I really love this one and more people should hear it. Jesse Belvin is on this record and its flip side, their beautiful rendition of "I'll Be Seeing You", I don't know which part he's singing though that is not lead. Bass? It should be played at car shows everywhere!

Really, really nice. Thanks very much. From what I can discover -- with the understanding that the Flames are as confusing as any of those West Coast groups -- Earl Nelson sang lead here (and on "I'll Be Seeing You" and "Buzz Buzz Buzz"). He would go on to Bob and Earl with Bobby (Byrd) Day, also a member of the Flames. The writer of this song, Bobby Relf, also of the Flames -- I think -- would replace Day as the Bob of Bob and Earl, and would co-write and record "Harlem Shuffle." Thanks again.

Lol.. There's a whole lot I don't have. I have a large record collection, but I have come to learn that the more you know, the more there is to know

You are the Man. I just called my old record shop back in Phillly in an attempt to get something you don't have. It doesn't look like I'll succeed!!
