Ok,it's not the next freebird,but it IS the next gen of Southern Rock.It's excellent in the form,and the function doe's all a southern rock song should,it get's you drawn in to the story,and the riff's are phrased perfectly to hold you there.People amaze me when they talk about Southern Rock and say "blues" as if it's an unexpected feature.We here in the south are blues based,family oriented,and deeply connected to land.We have tallent,skill and a voice that no other geographic location utter's,despite common plight's and struggle's.We are unique in that we speak with the filters off,and the volume up.Enjoy this song,and the other's the band offer's,they are a great band,but,remember,if their stuff sound's skynyrd influenced?Duh.
