Many people have said that there are some errors in the lyrics. I'm not denying them or anything, I'm just saying that I was unfamiliar with the song at the time, so I used a lyric site after checking against a couple others to see if they were the same. This is an interesting story..when I first heard this song I had a feeling"this will happen to me"..and then years later it did with my first gf, a day before new years eve 2013/2014, it hurts looking back, I gave her all I had and could..but hell..she was like an angel to me, but I guess she was the devil in disguise, I love this song and Hinder!

its called life experiences I am pretty sure the lyrics were written by several of the band members lips was prob written by a member that experienced he lyrics of that song and this song was prob written by another member that had a different experience

People don't make songs to feel bad for themselves or to make people feel bad for them. Most people make them to get things out of their chest and express how they feel, and people change too btw and there is 5 people in the band Hinder it could be a different guys story just because the lead singer sings it doesn't mean the story the song plays is his it could be anyone's story or even made up to relate to the fans, and if you hate Hinder don't listen to the band anymore
