Happy was Produced, Written & Arranged by David Pic Conley of Surface for British group Hi-Tension , and was later re done by Surface.
The original Group featured David Joseph before he went solo, and if you go back far enough had Phil Phearon (Galaxy) as a member when they were called Hot wax.
