The title is "Where it Started at". The rappers in this video are all from New York(i don't know about Dion though), This song is about where hip hop started(or at least took off to popularity and fame). Hi-tek is a producer and probably wanted to send respect to the state that influenced his music the most. His next album was all Ohio and he has always rep'ed it. This is just a symbol of respect to the state that helped him kick off his career(blackstar, hi-tek 1, reflection eternal, etc)10 years ago
