Actually, it was released at the outset - but not in this form. Later in 1958, Otto Cesana and his Orchestra, under the aegis of Sinatra's Essex Productions, did an instrumental reworking of this piece under the title "Hi!" which was the lead-off track of his LP "Brief Interlude" (Capitol T-1032).
