They "were" such a blessing. Now Joel is a heretic claiming that Jesus in not Deity, and not a part of the Godhead. I'd say Joel is no longer "In This Church". I emailed him about this and he sent me several emails trying diligently to convince me that Christ is not in the Trinity. Joel claims he had a "revelation" from God that Christ was not to be worshiped. He told me that if I continued worshiping Christ that God would deem me in idolatry on Judgment day. The man is out of his mind!It is hard for me to believe that he thinks that way now, but unfortunately I've heard seen videos of it coming straight from his mouth.

I love this song so much and really appreciate their incredible harmony. I was actually looking for the song "I'm Yours Now" which was on their "Louisiana Live" album, but no luck. This is a powerful song and a heart felt song in deed. I have the Vinyl of the original alum " LL" and will post " I'm Your Now" as no one else seems to have it. It is the most moving and loving song I have ever heard. Hope I can share it without being sued....hahahaha.....

Many years back I heard The Hempills sing in his dad's church Bro. W. T. Hemphill in West Monroe, La. I always enjoyed good gosepl singing and still do. My friend all went to church there. Roy & Mary Hendrix family, Kenny Chilton & his family, and all the rest of those good folks. God bless.

@iceman44sgm I know! I had a girlfriend who had that exact album & I put it on tape way back in the fall of 1988. Of course that cassette tape is long since gone. That's why I wish I could find it in CD form. Do you or anyone else knows if it can be purchased on CD??
