awesome, but unfortunately I was 11 at that time and back then I have never heard of them...I've been listening to their music since 2007 or 2008...still, I would like to see them live in Bulgaria one more time... :)

I officially LOVE this song! Was just a bunch of noise when I first heard it, but now I have discovered it's brilliance. Powerful stuff! \m/\m/\m/\m/\m/\m/

thanks and lots of greetings from Vojvodina (northern Serbia) bratko :) I know about firewind (named after Uli Jon Roth's second solo album, Fire Wind - also check that man out, he's one hell of a musician and guitarist, his bands are Scorpions from 1974 to 1978, Electric Sun from 1979 to 1985, and his solo works from 1985 till this day)... just don't pay attention to Uli's singing, it's, ummm, ummm, you know... but his guitarwork and composing is just stunning :)

for more heavy stuf...check out Running Wild, Dream Evil, Mystic Prophecy...Firewind is getting a lot of attention lately...with a little time you can find out a lot of awesome, but sadly, UNDERRATED stuff...Greets from Bulgaria, my friend...keep it heavy \m/

For me...my favourite power metal bands are the power metal bands I first started listening when I was abou 10 or 11...and they are Helloween, Stratovarius and Hammerfall...also, about Axel Rudi Pell....you just hit the nail on the head there...I'm a big ARP fan...and I'm still waiting for them to come to my country (Bulgaria)...I've basically listened to almost every album...out of tha Ballads..I've listened to all 4 compilations...the Ballads II being my favourite...

Oh yeah :) though now I'd place Angra and Symfonia over Manowar, they'd slip behind Dragonsclaw... Also, Gamma Ray is going up :) the first place is still shared by those 3 gangs... I'd say, take a listen at Axel Rudi Pell (Light of the dark, or something like that, and Falling Tears, a ballad). :) Just so many good metal stuff out there, it's hard to track them :) even early Iron Maiden can be classified as a proto-powermetal band :)

hey man, thanks for showing me Dragonsclaw...I can only say absolutely classic powermetal right there...from what I read...I understood that they recently put out their debut album...heard a few songs from it and.....it's just a matter of time and propably 1-2 more albums before starting to rise to level of the other power metal gods....such as Helloween and Stratovarius :)
