If you are like me and return to Helium Vola when you are depressed, I have something to tell you. Please see the paintings of Zdzislaw Beksinki. Please ingest psilocybe cubensis. Please wander through the woods more often. Before it's too late.

Just do me a favor alright cause I know when they wrote this song and created the melody they must had this as porpoise. Just stop trying to be better then others and listen to the beautiful song thanx

This is performance, not rendition; If you want to see the text, go grab a book, if you want to "feel" the art as it transcends from the middle ages through to here and now, listen to this. Helium Vola tackles tings from the perspective of their Germanic heritage and their artistic perception. It adds profound depth

I wish she'd enunciate. It's very nice but I can't hear what she's saying. And yes I know it's in old French.

I sing and pretend But my eyes would rather cry And no-one knows the agony My poor heart suffers I sing and pretend I sing and pretend That's why my pain changes Because not a soul shows a sign of sympathy The more reason one has to cry The less affection he finds I sing and pretend I sing and pretend There is no use In showing unhappiness Because thise with cheerful hearts Will think this foolish I sing and pretend I sing and pretend

I'm always amazed to not recognize lyrics sung in my mother-langage. It proves me music is an universal langage.

il y a 1 s i badly need to find the song that a friend of my old friend has put on a tape for me, compilated with some songs of estampie and helium vola, im not even sure if it was the same group (i looked up on deezer and youtube and cant find it anywhere!), but the ambiance was very similar...there were women voices singing in english "happiness, happiness, loneliness, loneliness, wisdom, wisdom...."..if someone BY ANY CHANCE has an idea what could that be i would be greatful!
