I was there! I found it very hard to chant being so choked up. I wanted to start a Long Live Ronnie Dio Chant but was too choked up. Strangest gig I have ever been to. I loved Ronnie, and had to be there for the truest tribute to him, by his band mates and his fans.

I just want to say, it was a GREAT concert. Realy emotional speech of Wendy, and i agree there should have been a larger crowd, but i must say they applauded alot higher then it sounded in the video. And its also importent to inform you that this was a FESTIVAL, therefor there were other bands playing. I think there was 4 stages in the area. You could hear her speech totaly fine in real life.

Jorn Lande did a fantastic job... The audience was lame... Maybe everyone was still in shock. But if Sabbath ever reforms the should try to recruit Jorn. He's got the voice and captures the spirit of the Sabs at their best. God Bless Ronnie James Dio, and all his family and friends. He is so terribly missed. There can never be another like him.

Only Dio could sing like Dio. It's obvious Jorn, and Huges are Dio fans, and they were out there giving it all they had. I don't see how anyone can not respect that!
