It does look like he's lip-syncing, but tbh I think that music was so loud and his microphone so quiet, he was singing but you could barely hear it!!! Silly technical issue but LOVE LOVE LOVE this performance and Adam either way cos I know he's an amazing singer live <3

This is a big operation for Aids not the Adam Lambert Show he did what he was told to do and the song was wonderful. Some people need to quit the whining about lip syncing.
