The reason why kaito has luka voice because the English game doesn't allow you change it to the other characters voice on edit mode, only the Japanese version does but Awwww you go kaito XD

Kaito's voice might sound softer, but the small robatic accent is gone and sounds smothered and much more human like. The small modifications made to Kaito's outfit are a plus.
