I hope this helps, Justin is the lead singers name. The yelling is calling JUSTIN. It is meant to sound as if it too is being lowered into the ground like a casket holding a body. the fading part is a great effect to really bring in the point of his guilt over his now dead mother and how he was not a very good thing for her when she was alive.... make sense now??13 years ago

@smileygirl063 the screamine at the end of the song "hate me" is the mother calling out "Justin" as she is in her coffin dead, being lowered in to the ground, depicted by a "answering machine" sounding voice going down and eventually fading and dying out .....(he threw an answering machine on the coffin w/moms' message) meant to show how deep his guilt was he didn't do all he should have for his mother being a blessing in his life and he wasn't so good for her.13 years ago

@onilink422 you'd be shocked to know how many not only understand, but live on a daily basis feeling this way.... be sure to keep on the look out for people that have that forlorn look pasted on their face when they think no one notices that they are there in the corner.. say hello, introduce yourself.. Lonliness can cause suicide too not just guily feelings, however this song covers loss of a person that helped them & their guilt was not doing something back... when they were feeling suicidal..13 years ago

@jjboy309 the vid is depicting a man that listens to his mothers last message as she died. He remembers all she did for him through his drug ordeal and feels guilty for all "he didn't do for her" **not based on his life ? not sure of that** at the end.. the leads name is JUSTIN, ITS SUPPOSED TO BE THE MOTHER calling out to him as she, in her coffin is lowered in to the ground..... very cool when you think of how they artistically thought of every sad aspect of this song... awsome group.. !!13 years ago

Calling someones artistic abilities crap is so "uncool".. keepin' it real ok? @clebraity I am glad that face is not one that you like, she is a face of suicidal ideations. She was Klimts model who eventually kills herself. Her look is that of an extremely depressed and suicidal person. @zidanezizzu the girl i believe is a famous artists gf that ended up committing suicide.if I am not mistaken it could be one of the famous red head "models" KLIMT used to paint, loved her and then she killed herself. He then went on to paint her- missing her.He was an interesting man, from then on he would only paint red heads.. in honor of her memory or perhaps guilty feelings of not being able to "save her" from suicidal hate/fate.sad yet beautiful, really as is the song. its life in music .13 years ago
