yes but turkish music is arab music! turkish music is based on the arabic music system (maqams) and this song is an very old arab song before turks even came from mongolia to the middle east! if you play this in an arab country like egypt,tunesia,dubai,morocco everyone wil know it if yuplay this in turkey nobody know this song. balkan music is also arab influenced
