Wonderful job. I like the Hank Snow version the best. I think he can spit out the words faster than the Johnny Cash version.

Well, I've been happy, hungry, corney, horney.....mad, glad, sad, bad.....exhausted, exhilarated, wounded and wronged. But I must say, I've never been every where.

On this day in 1962 {September 23rd} "I've Been Everywhere" by Hank Snow entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart at position #88; the following week it fell off the chart, then the week after it re-entered the chart at #89; and on November 11th, 1962 it peaked at #68 {for 1 week} and spent a grand total of 8 weeks on the Top 100...And on October 28th, 1962 it reached #1 {for 1 week} on Billboard's Hot Country Singles chart; it was preceded and then succeeded at #1 by "Mama Sang A Song" by Bill Anderson...Hank Snow had one other Top 100 record, "Rockin', Rollin' Ocean", it reached #87 in 1960, but between 1949 and 1967 he had seventy-three records make the Billboard Country Singles chart, with six of them reaching #1...Clarence Eugene 'Hank' Snow, The Singing Ranger, passed away on December 20th, 1999 at the age of 85...May he R.I.P.
