Thanx to the internet, the clever crew at Google, the fine people at Amazon, and (most important) the community of Amazon reviewers, I've found that this is a selection of clips from the 2002 Russian film, "Sky. Plane. Girl." ("Nebo. Samolyot. Devushka."), which was itself a remake of a 1960 movie, "One More About Love" ("Eshe Raz Pro Lubov"). It can be bought in DVD form (orig Russian soundtrack, English subtitles) from US Amazon.
