Sounds much better than I thought he would. I had a hard time even imagining a world where Gwar could exist without Brockie, let alone what they'd sound like. I guess I imagined him singing more like beefcake (which was excellent in small doses) but this is much better. I never thought that Gwar could exist without Dave but maybe I was wrong. It's still just weird as hell hearing and seeing them without Dave but at least they chose a seasoned gwar veteran to fill in for him. On one hand, it's depressing to see them without Dave but on the other, it's awesome to see that they're still performing.

Blothar is a Fitting replacement, i dont vuvlatron is good, to have a chick replace Oderus would be disastrous.

Blothar looks fucking gnar, but it's just not the same. Still pretty great though.

I know I am one of the biggest GWAR fans based on the fact I have seen them jam live in Fort Lauderdale at least 6 times and probably more. I have been punched in the face by women and moshed at GWAR shows and I have listened to most of GWAR's cd for a million times each and never get bored. I am not the same without Dave Brockie but I would honestly go see just even Balsac or Jizmak, Beefcake, etc. because GWAR is that good.

New guy is great! Glad that GWAR continues to destroy the planet.

this is such a disappointment...I really didn't think GWAR would survive the passing of Dave Brockie....and I'm convinced now that they should just let greatness go....I'm a HUGE fan of GWAR...and I really, really, really wanted them to live on, but it'll never be the same.

i like seeing that the original GWAR bass player is doing the job his vocals are good enough and makes me happy with GWAR i was a little worried when they said there was going to be a new singer and i was like how could someone ever fill in for Dave he had such a unique voice to where how could someone fill in and this guy is doing just fine (: may GWAR live on as a what was originaly a punk rock and eventualy went on to a thrash metal/comedy shock value band may dave Rest In Peace he was a legendary man in the world of metal music
