I thought the video was pretty straight forward. It's about a gay couple whose relationship, unfortunately, hasn't been smooth sailing because they also happen to be twin brothers. While they have so far managed to keep this as a secret by having pretend girlfriends, the tough times ahead makes them miss those simpler times when they could play in the pool together, alone, without being judged by the American society.
