a famous blues player played with his strings upside down before dick dale did.I'm not trying to take anything away from Dick Dale's accomplishments so don't misinterpret.please explain how hendrix got stringing the guitar upside down from dick dale when hendrix had already done it years before. you don'have to answer that just cut out making false statements about subject matter that you possess no knowledge of. you might think you know something but you prove you don't know shit

such an amazing story but hendrix didn't string the guitar upside down so it's a BS story. hendrix turned a right handed strat upside down,played it lefty and strung it like a guitar would normally be strung.hendrix learned to play both lefty and righty since his father was superstitious about left handed people and would flip the guitar over and play righty when his father was around,this was long before dick dale was famous.dick dale wasn't the first to play with the strings upside down either

saw him again last night , as usual I was right in front of the mike stand close enough to see pieces of his pick flying while he was shredding the strings.

OMG, love Sammy the bass player! He is so down to earth. Will be seeing Dick, Jimmy and Sammy on Saturday July 28th at Trader Lees in Ocean City, MD. Can't wait. This is the 8th year I've gone to see him. What a great guy on and off the stage.
