No, this was before Burton Cummings joined the band. Chad Allen was the lead singer. Randy Bachman is on guitar, though.

Oldies stations in Canada sometimes refer to this as being by Chad Allan and the Expressions (which it was). Allan burned his voice out soon after this, to be replaced by Burton Cummings, who was then just 17. The Guess Who looked to be just a novelty one-hit wonder but persistance paid off after four years of hard slogging, These Eyes, 1969 broke them into the big time for good.
