These guys are one excellent reason why we should never give up our vinyl collections… I'd give anything to get Live At The Paramount on DVD..

This is actually from their Running Back Thru Canada concert, in 2011. The whole video is awesome, and they actually had to get off the stage, as they lighting was striking all over the place. The sound of the concert is great.

Thank GOD for TGW and all the members that have put together a 50 year history of GO TO music, when I get tired of everything that is classic rock. I always go back to TGH and Burt, Randy, Kurt, Garry, Jim, Donny, Bill, Domenic and Greg. Like old friends. So many great songs, albums, combinations of members, solo carriers and reunions. This one being the best. Thanks to YouTube for getting it out there too.And the RRHOF can KMA!

I saw the Guess Who in 1972 at the Canadian National Exhibition. Awesome performance. I was also only 14 years old.

I don't want to make a direct comparison, diferent times and people, but one of the things that blew people away about the Beatles was the complexity of some of the Lennon-McCartney songs. I remember one critic babbling about all the key changes in "And I Love Her," which IS a truly great song. In a 1992 radio interview with Shadoe Davis, BC said he just sat down at the piano and wrote what was in his head, what came to him, for this song -- later he realized it had 17 chord changes. Amazing!

One of the best videos - saw him in concert a few years back - these type musicians are timeless and I'm SO glad they still perform.
