Honestly, it's not something to even bother taking the time to read into. It was a fleeting comment, mostly based on my opinion, just like all comments are. Nothing to be debating back and forth about.

Oh. Back here again. I listen to most of the bands you mentioned. Especially Bloc Party. They are completely different bands. I'm talking about the way Grizzly use their instruments etc... I was saying it mostly as a personal thing. Having listened to a ton of bands over many years, I find that for me and many others I know, they are very unique in sound and do it in a way that no other band does. It's not to say they are superior to other bands. Try not to take me of out context.

Band of Horses, Beach House, Bloc Party, The Temper Trap and Bon Iver..... uhm, yes it is far fetched. All those bands are equally just as great at capturing emotion. Just saying :)

She showed me Ready, Able and I started humming along with it, I had heard it long before and it all started coming back to me. I had totally forgotten about grizzly! She was so surprised that I knew the tune. and so it began
