Before he was in the E Street Band for Bruce Springsteen, Nils Lofgrin had a three piece band called GRIN. This was one of two hit singles from their first record in 1971.

Traveling through Albequerque two years ago I came across a record store (Charlie's 33 1/3) FYI. Mentioned I liked Ronnie Lane to the clerk and he recommended the Grin album. Never sought out or knew who Nils was before but this record has become one of my favorites. Amazing songwriting. Thanks Nils.

One of the most under rated musicians of our time! Nils Lofgren! Writer, vocalist, performer, and musician extraordinaire! With his group GRIN, Nils gave to us some of the most rockinest ballads ever laid to vinyl! Enjoy as these masterly crafted recording receive their eventual acclaim!
