We dedicate this song to our grandpa. He was part of WWII and was always there for us when we were growing up, and when he died 3 years ago, it tore us apart inside. He was there to calm us down when we were sad, and he was the father figure in our life when our dad died. We miss him more then anything.

What is so sad about this song is that her father Spirit Albarn cries, shrieks, and screams heavily in the dungeon because of his daughter's death and cause that he is not at her funeral due to his unsafe behavior ever since when he saw Maka's dead body he had to be restrained but was too hard to restrain so he had to be escorted to the dungeon in chains while he continuously cries, screams, and shrieks heavily and loudly. During Maka's funeral all the students and staff of DWMA including Maka's friends, and Lord death are very sad over her passing but none of them cry or shed any tears at her funeral however Spirit is the only one crying and they can hear him over eighty miles away from the funeral and they feel sorry for him cause Maka was the closest person to him he loved his daughter very much and will not recover over Maka's death for he will forever be completely silent and unresponsive.
