This is a nice version of a great song. But don't forget that the original is by the Oysterband. The Oysters were surprised (but also very pleased) by the success of this cover version in Canada as I have read in an interview with John Jones. As I said before: The Great Big Sea version here is nice but in my eyes it can't keep up with the original which has more dynamic, spirit and the brilliant voice of John Jones.

After seeing them, I can honestly say that Great Big Sea is WAY better live. I wish I could see them at a bar. Not many bands like this left.

if Great Big Sea can see this, im proud of how u guys turned out as most bands tend to break down, and some are for bad reasons, and some are for good reasons, but i have never seen u in concert.
