Actually when this guy Larry was at the top of his game he was every bit as good as Jay Black. His tenor has a different quality, that;'s all. At least 20-25 years ago I watched a video clip of them doing Cara Mia, and he was phenomenal. It was so impressive I still remember that he was wearing a white tee shirt and horn-rimmed glasses. If anyone has that clip it would be tremendous to see again. Larry, I sang lead for a '50's group many years ago and I tell you man, you were terrific.
