I love Donna's dancing, but Oh Jeez -- why did you cut off the end of the song???

If you watch this and don't think at the very least Jerry had some magical power, then you are not looking hard enough. You might notice how much he doesn't even look at the neck of his guitar, but he's instead looking at something else entirely.

I feel so lucky. This was the first tour I attended. Chicago, Uptown Theater, before this show. :-)

Isn't this the show where Jerry actually nudged Billy aside and took a drum solo? I'd love to see a video of THAT!

Hey Keith, Good eyes and ears. Rare to see Jerry that animated. He was in there and he knew it.

I worked on this tour. Donna's voice could get a little grating at times, but overall it was acceptable. It was a trade off, if you wanted Keith's brilliance, Donna was part of the package. She sounded better in the spring of 77. I'll take Keith's piano over Brent's any day of the week. It was a shame that later in this tour, Keith and Donna unraveled leading to their dismissal. I think the band should have reconsidered. Some of the band's all time best recordings are with Keith.

I've heard better Bertha vocals - but that break.....I've seen that look on Jerry's face before, and it always signaled something special.
