Like any true garage band practice, it starts out slow but the goal is to achieve a grand ending with a constant power while trying to incorporate playing a nice clean drum roll across all the tom-toms at some point within the song if possible was always a great challenge, so mostly we'd just ...play the hell out of it!
This is the first Pacific Northwest band I joined as a teenager.
We were a three piece instrumental power trio that would play at anybody's party house as long as they took their pictures off the wall before hand. Luckily for these people we were outside.
The picture of Clearview was taken near the Wenatchee River in the Cascade Mountains. Rock!!!!!!!!
Recorded outside on the patio deck at the Mc Gill House in Everett, Washington circa July 1st, 1979.
Only two microphones were used in this recording (microphones being placed on each side of the drum set) plugged into a Teac cassette deck recorded onto a music cassette that was in fair quality way back in 1979.
